Heatware problem

I tried to change the email on my heatware account, and it said that it would send me a confirmation email to change email addresses... That was over 1 1/2 weeks ago. Still waiting for that email, and my heatware has since been disabled. Is there anyone I can contact thru these forums to get my heat back up. I have been having to ship first on a lot of deals 🙁,

I miss my heat 🙂

Please help me out.
