I hope someone can help as I owe so many heatwares for sales and trades here!
My problem is this, I registered years ago on heatware and have recently lost my job from which my heatware email was setup. I forgot my password so i cant log in but cant rquest they send me the PW via email as I dont use that email account anymore. I have emailed Heatware several times telling them my situation and gave them my newer email account but have yet to hear back from them. Its been months and people are, understandably, complaining that I have not given them any heat feedback. Anyone know how I can resolve this or have i done all that I can? thanks.
