I left a negative review on heatware because I bought an item that was shipped with almost no packing and the seller refused to be reasonable with a return or replacement, he said it would be 2-3 months before I would get my money back and he wouldn't even guarantee that! I decided to work it out with the USPS instead and left the negative feedback. He has since left a negative feedback about me as retaliation for mine. Can I fix this or am I stuck with it? TIA,
