Heatware activation email?? Ever going to come??

I changed my email address from my free one, to my non-free one, about 2 weeks ago. I have emailed heat numerous times, but still get no answer from them, and no activation email. Anybody ever update their heatware?? How long did it take?? Should I just keep emailing them or what?
