Heatware account problems

so I have been a member of heatware for 10 years or so and have 43 positives....I am trying to leave heat for a recent trade....I go to log into my account and I get the message that my account is not yet activated.....wtf?

I have emailed support about this, but I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else?
