Heatsinks...Thermaltake SK6 or heatsink packaged with CPU?

I have a Thermaltake SK6 that I bought some time ago (about 1.5 years) and I'm wondering whether: 1. If its still considered a good heatsink or 2. If it is better than the heatsink that comes with an Athlon XP 2500+ CPU?

Anybody have any opinions on this?

Also if anybody has any opinion about the fan that comes with the CPU I would appreciate it greatly.

I don't really recall what I have currently, but remember that it too was considered really good about 1.5 years ago. Damn thing sounds like a airplane too.

I'll admit I don't know anything about the retain heatsink, but as long as it is aluminum and not copper the SK6 should be better. Just my guess.

Edit: I have a SK6 cooling my 1700+ right now, still good enough for me.
