What is the best air heatsink to use when ocing a amd 64 3000. Also could any show me some links to guides on how use thermal paste.

question for you with that heatsink the reviews say something about adding a fan on to it what do they mean.

That means it's just a heatsink and it does not come with a fan. Basically you can pick whatever fan you want that fits on it. You'd probably want a fan that pushes a decent amount of air if you're overclocking.

Maybe not the best, but certainly the biggest at OVER 4 LBS!.

Keep a spare motherboard in case the weight rips it apart.
