Heatsink thermo grease

I know that Arctic fox and all that are real good greases, but what is the opinion of Dow Corning 340? The reason I ask is that I can get some for next to nothing for cost.

Thermal Conductivity, K Factor cal/sec-cm-°C 0.0010 for Dow Corning ® 340


Can anyone convert these to equals?
