Heatsink Suggestion???

A few questions regarding tb 1.4 ghz:

What is a good CPU temperature? Mine is running at 60C and I feel that's way too hot, even though my heatsink is supposed to be rather ok.

If the CPU temp is indeed too high, what should I do? Can anyone recommend a good heatsink for a tb 1.4 ghz?

yeah I read that article, but I wasn't sure about how much difference it would actually make (BTW why do all those CPU fans have sleeve bearing? Is it because brushless fans are too noisy?). :\ What is a good CPU temperature? Around 40C or so?

What exactly resulted in the high temperature on my heatsink though? I still don't get it. It's entirely pure copper with a brushless fan spinning at 5600 rpm... It's not AMD certified but still, 60C is kind of unexpected.

May be a 7000 rpm fan will do..?
