Heatsink recommendations

I just purchased a core i7-860 and an Asus P755D-E Pro motherboard. I am going to be overclocking to around hopefully 4ghz. I was wondering if the mega shadow heatsink paired with a skythe 1600rpm fan will fit this board. I purchased 8gb of gskill ripjaws memory. Does anyone have experience with this board?

I am mainly concerned with the heatsink clearing the memory. Also I have an hd4890 gpu and was wondering if can install it in either pci x16 slot due to the speed issues per slot. Only one gpu will function at x16, if running SLI one slot will run at x8. Does it matter withe slot the gpu is installed it to run at x16?

As long as you have a 1156 bracket, they should fit. If you're concerened, don't pick anything with a fat heatspreader.
