hi i was wondering if there is a quiet heatsink with fan for an amd 64 3500+ and that doesn't require me to unscrew my mobo and is also very effective at cooling?
 
Thermaltake Venus 12, you'll need to use the included thermal probe for quiet though.
If you do want to remove the mobo, the Zalman 7700 or 7000Cu models will do you good. Thermalright XP-90 or XP-120 with low speed panaflos are nice too.
