Would this be a good heatsink for an AXP 2800+? I'm grabbing one out of another rig and putting it in this one, would this heatsink cool better than a stock one?

no, this one will be much better, and its actually less expensive, i have it iwth a modded fan runnin my 2500m at 2.5ghz.
