heatsink problems

I changed the heat sink on my puter. Now when I push the power supply button. Nothing happens. I double check to make sure everything was plugged in correctly. Any suggestions?
 
Nothing happens at all? Fans don't spin for a second or anything?

Check the PSU, the switch on the back, all the power connections.
 
Knocked a power connector loose? All cards/ram still seated OK? A short somewhere will also cause a PSU not torn on to protect the system.
 
make sure the power button switch cable is still connected correctly into the motherboard. make sure you plugged the fan into the right place.
 
Dummy stuff:
- Power is available to the system.
- On/Off button switch wire still connected.
- Any indication power is available at all, i.e., case fans, led or hdd running?
