I was working on a friends pc & when I removed the GF2 Ultra, one of the heatsinks popped off the memory. Is it a big deal, since he's not an overclocker by any means? It's in a Fong Kai case which has excellent cooling. If it does need to be put back on, will super glue do the trick since I have no Arctic Silver adhesive.
Thanks.

I agree. Memory heatsinks are more for that final few MHz of overclocking. But he should still set it aside for when he can pick up some thermal transfer tape or Arctic Adhesive.

Yeah agreed, unless it runs very hot. Touch the chip while the card is running and see how hot it is. If it's warm or cold then it's fine, if it's burning hot then get a new heatsink for it (and grow some new skin on your fingertip ;) ).

I'm pretty sure it will be fine without the heatsink, however.
