My setup is AthlonXP 2500 and MSI K7N2 Delta-L mobo. I've recently moved my comp from basement to my bedroom in 2nd floor. Now my temps are higher, around 44C idle and highest I've seen is 56C. Before in the basement, it was 40-50C.
I'm thinking of replacing the stock heatsink/hsf with a better one. But the thing is my motherboard doesn't have the mounting holes so I guess this rules out a number of good ones.
So besides the ones that require mounting holes, what would be a good one? I don't plan to overclock or anything. Any suggestions? Thanks.
