Heatsink for Xeon X5650

I recently picked up an X5650 for cheap and now I need a cooler to pair it with. I'm assuming a hex core will put off more heat than a quad so I was curious if I would be able to go with a mid range heatsink or will I need to go more expensive? I plan to overclock some (if my board allows it) but nothing extreme and am looking for some good heatsink suggestions as it's been a long time since I've done a new build.

Edit: I was looking at a Corsair H60, would that be powerful enough for a Xeon (only 95w TDP)

H60 will do fine for 95w TDP. Are yo going for ultra quiet or just affordable cooling?

Just affordable cooling, not really bothered by a slightly audible case.

Then H60 you go, AFAIK it's good to cool i7's at 125w TDP without issue.
