Heatsink for t-bird 1.2ghz

I just setup my new 1.2 ghz system and have an FOP-32 heatsink on there...and man was I surprized how loud it is...is that fan extra loud, or perhaps I'm just not used to having a big fan on my computer...is there any heatsink that is compareable in cooling but alot quieter to the FOP-32?

I'm going to be using an Alpha PAL6035, with an 80mm fan from QuietPC. The fan is rated at 28 cfm, 20 dba so it's nice & quiet. I purchased an adapter from 006agent, but it hasn't arrived yet.

That should be a potent yet quiet solution.
