Heatsink for P4

Hi there, I am new to this whole P4 overclocking thing. I have always used AMD systems, but Intels superiour performance in the main game I play is prompting me to switch. I need some advice on a heatsink. I am getting a 2.6c P4 and an Abit IS7, my goal is to get it up to 250fsb which would be 3.25ghz I think. What kind of heatsink should I use? I have an Alpha 8045(think thats the name) on my Athlon with a fairly quiet 80mm fan on it. I dont want anything that would be much louder than my current setup. Is there any way to fit my Alpha on the P4?

No, they make an Alpha specifically for the P4. The model is the PAL8942. Great heatsink, however, there are better. I would look into the Swiftech MCX4000, the Zalman CNPS7000-Cu, the Thermalright SLK-900U or SLK-800U, or the Vantec Aeroflow.

Thanks guys, thinking hard about that Vantec, would the SLK800 be that much better though? HOw about noise levels on each?
