Heatsink for my new AMD 3500+

I'm grabbing a new amd 3500+ venice core and wondering which heatsink would give me the best overclocking.

Thermalright xp-120 with a quiet 120mm fan

or

Zalman CNPS7700-CU

Keep in mind that I will be using a quiet fan for the thermalright so please don't mention xp120 being better than the zalman if used with a high rpm fan. thanks

What fan are you using specifically?

Also, have you checked to make sure the XP-120 fits on the motherboard you're using?

about the same. If the xp 120 doesn't work well with your mobo, go with the xp-90.

XP-120 with a Nexus (superquiet) fan should beat the 7700 of course.
Edit: XP90 + 92mm Panaflo should beat the 7700Cu too. The 7700Cu is way too heavy and I wouldn't *want* to use it on my CPU because of the weight.
