Heatsink fans

Has anyone here replaced a damaged Volcano 9 heatsink fan, cause I need to do so. I am getting a replacement fan soon to replace the fan that's missing a fanblade.

You will have to be careful not to strip out the screw holes on the heatsink shroud, they are very soft. If you're replacing your fan with the stock accursed Smart Fan 2, take off that god-forsaken Tt steel grill and save your ears.

The grills tend to vibrate and create more noise. They also probably restrict airflow and create turnbulance.

If you want to create a new blade for the fan, you are probably out of luck. There wouldnt be a way to balance it. Airflow would suffer and it would vibrate horribly.
