Heatsink & Fan Help

Can someone recommend a heatsink and fan for a XP 1700+, which I don't plan on overclocking (...yet). I'm looking at these two:

Are these any good? Any others I should focus on?

btw- not looking to spend more than $20

Spend a few bucks and keep it from a thermal death... jeez. It's an XP T-bred, not a Palamino...

Buy this, works well...

If push comes to shove, stay away from the orb.

Errr... that's more than a few bucks more, that's more than double the price! IMHO go to svc.com and get a SK6+ for $14 or a SK7 for $6 more and a $3 SVC fan and you should be set.
