Heatsink / fan help for an mp1800

Greetings,
I have an Asus A7m266-D Dual server mobo, I just purchased two OEM mp1800 cpu's I was wondering what CPU/ Fan combo would be the best combination I was giong to go with the Thermalright XP-90 HSF But I decided that this would probably be overkill considering that I will not be overclocking this cpu. Tell me what you suggest. I very much appreciate it. Lower the price the better.

What is your budget? Is noise a problem?

AS5 is about the only thermal compound you should be looking at, but any generic brand would be fine for an 1800+.

Some of the coolers mentioned in http://www.dansdata.com/coolercomp.htm this might not be entirely current anymore; but it is well worth the look.
