Heatsink/fan for XP 2400+ ??

Just bought a Asus A7N8X nForce2 motherboard and an Athlon XP 2400+. Looking for hs/fan recommendations. Right now I'm considering:

CoolerMaster HHC-001 (the one with the heatpipes)
Thermalright AX-7

Both have goten great reviews, but I'm not sure if they'd cool well enough for a 2400+. And the AX-7 is heavy and HUGE, I'm wondering if I'd have problems fittin it on the Asus motherboard, which is already very cramped.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

If the AX-7 can fit, I would go with that. I have read in some reviews that the HHC-001 performs as good as it's counterpart without heatpipe, not better.

the ax7 seems like a REALLY tight fit. bought the same combo myself. but the ax7 seems to be hard to find these days. i opted to get an sk7 and hopefully i won't kill my core 😉 I would prefer the alpha, since it screws in, but didn't want to end up w/ it not fitting.
