Heatsink/Fan for QX6700

I'm getting a Intel Quad core along with an 8800 video board. This will be my main machine sitting at my feet (8 hours a day+), so I don't want a jet engine fan howling on top of the processor. Can someone suggest the best quiet (given quiet, what's best) solution. I'm not interested in water cooling.

EVGA 122-CK-NF68-AR LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
Retail QX6700
NVidia 8800 GTX (any suggestions)
2-4 GB of RAM (1 GB sticks)

Some overclocking is desired.

Get a heatsink of your choice (look at Thermalright SI-128), and put a quiet fan on top if it. It will only be as loud as the fan.
