Heatsink Fan for a P4 2.80C CPU

Hi, I have a P4 2.80C 800FSB CPU with a ThermalRight SLK-900-U heatsink. I currently have a vantec tornado on there, but it is just entirely WAY too loud. It pushes out 119 CFM and does a great job cooling, however. I am looking for a new fan to mount on my heatsink and I am wondering, how many CFM's should a Heatsink Fan for this CPU with this heatsink be pushing? Thanks!

If I were you instead of going out & buyin a new fan I would first try to run my current fan at 7 Volts.

try it & find out. my guess is it will be barely audible.
