May be a silly question but I didn't see it in my documentation. When installing a thermalright Ultima-90 on a q6600 (or any processor for that matter) How tight should the screws be tightened?
 
Screw them down all the way, but alternately give each side a couple turns so you're not screwing one side down all the way by itself.
