Heating Problem!

Specs:

Motherboard: Asus A7N8X-X
Processor: Athlon XP 2400+
RAM: 512MB DDR PC2100
HARD Drives: Western Digital 30gig, Maxtor 20gig
40X Samsung CD Burner.
300Watt PS
4 Fans 80mm FANS

Running at full speed 5100RPM.
OS: Win XP SP1

Problem:For some reason while in windows every couple of seconds the computer freezes then comes back. If I leave the computer running for a while, with out touching it, it freezes completly. When i check the temperature the CPU is at 60 C and the Mobo is at 37 C. The CPU hasnt and is not overclocked.

the voltage settings are:
VCORE 1.63v
+3.3v 3.31v
+5v 4.91v
+12v 12.22v

If i forgot any info let me know.


Oh yeah i forgot im using Arctic Silver 5 as thermal paste.
 
Your link is busted. 🙁 Anyways, check the third and fourth photos on this page and see if your heatsink is set up correctly or not.
