Heat sink with copper inserts

I have a 2600+ mobile on an Abit NF7. I'm currently running at 2520MHz @ 1.7 volts on air. I have a TR2TT TR2 M4 heatsink. It uses a copper insert and I had been running near 61 deg C under load. I took the copper insert off and found it only partially covered with paste where it interfaces the aluminum heat sink. I cleaned it and reapplied compound. My max temp is now 55 deg C. If you use such a heat sink check the interface between the copper and aluminum. This heatsink, by the way, uses a double ball bearing squirrel cage variable speed blower and does a good job for only $11 at Newegg.

Isn't that the ThermalTake unit? I like the competing Coolermaster unit (the one with the blue impeller and translucent body on the fan). The Coolermaster looks to have the copper press-fit into the aluminum so that it is more of a single unit.
