Heat sink size

Hard to tell. The heatsink is 6.0236" tall, and the dimensions of the case say it's 7.8" tall, but that may include the feet. You also have to factor in mobo standoffs and width of the mobo/socket.

I would think yes, but without seeing it in person I wouldn't say that answer is final. I think Fry's carries these in store, may want to try and check it out.

Seeing as the 12cm (~4.8") fans reach from the floor of the case right up to the ceiling, I don't think you'll have room for the Tuniq Tower.

My understanding is that the Scythe Ninja Mini is about the biggest heatsink that fits in the case. I'm thinking about getting one for mine.
