I'm trying to get my heat sink off my gf3 to replace it w/ a blue orb, since the stock fan is dieing. I undid the push pins, but the stock hsf seems to be glued down. any idea of how to get it off?

Put some masking tape on the PCB underneath the GPU. Then use a credit card and wedge it between the HSF and the GPU and firmly work it off. Most HSF's aren't epoxied nowadays, but the credit card method is probably the safest way IMO.

I'm glad my SiS315 video card wasn't glued down. I applied a heathly dose of AS3 to the core. It seems to be able to over clock better.
