Heat sink/fan question

If I dont plan on overclocking can I just use the Heatsink/Fan that comes with the retail AMD Processor?

yes. should be fine if not oc'ing.

Retail fan is noisy though. I am still going through HSFs trying to find a quiet combination. 🙂

Yep its fine, although it does hum quite loudly.
