Heat-Related or Power-Supply Lockups

I have been experiencing random lockups every once in a while. My system is:
1ghz Athlon "Thunderbird"
Asus A7V motherboard
Elsa Gladiac Geforce 2 GTS
256MB Crucial PC-133 SDRAM
SB LIVE MP3+
Deer 300 Watt PS
GlobalWin FOP32-1 heatsink and fan
My average CPU temperature is 118F and average mobo temp is 86F. Are these lockups probably caused by heat issues or the Power Supply?

if its truly "random", then chances are its not heat..........what is goin on with your computer at the time it locks up? any similarities? this is probably some software issue.....
