I have a rash on my upper back and chest, as well as a few other places on my body. The only things I can think of that have changed recently is that I did laundry the other day with some random detergent I picked up, and it has been in the 90s for the past few days here.

I read that detergent allergy is actually quite uncommon, so I likely have a heat rash? I briefly googled what I should do about it, and it pretty much just says to cool down. Is there anything else I should try? I'd really like to not be itchy for when I have to fly 12 hours in a few days.

Use SUN Bucket is you can find them they are good detergents not allergic reactions.

I get heat rash also. Good thing is to not drink pop when its hot the chemicals in it react to heat and cuase skin problems. My doctor told me to avoid soft drinks in summer and drink water and only jucies and natural things. My skin is much better now I quit drinking pop.
