hi all, i got some problems with the globalwin the copper CAK 38. i switched if from the thermalengine and now my temp is even higher...

DESCRIPTION
open pannel case inside of a large box with 3 80mm fans. 1 80mm fan sucks air in from the cold outside through the window piped(temp around 20-60 F depends on daliy temp), 2 blow out of box(1 fan on top of box, 1 fan on bottem).

60mm fan on heatsink 7000rpm

my cpu temp has never droped below 95F on my asus133, and it can get up to 120F or 53c, and the air is cold... im really worried about summer when everything will be hot as hell !!! Touch the hsf and its warm. never cold like aluminum. Have i put the CAK on wrong or does copper suck or what? i lapped it a bit, with 400grit to 600 grit, then applied the AS2 on the core then on the HSF and rubbed it into the hsf to fill the pits... and i have tried just putting it on the core.. same result. im pissed.
