Heat Problems

I have an unmodded enlight 7237 with a 1.33ghz Tbird non oced and an MSI K7 Master.

It has a stock cpu fan/heatsink and a PS fan, and an 80mm intake fan. Right now the system runs at 96F and the cpu 136F. This seems way too hot so Im trying to figure out the biggest things I can do to change it.

Some options I can think of:
Drilling out the front holes on the bezel to enlarge them
Adding another 80mm outtake fan in back (theres already a place)
Buying one of those PCI Slot Fans
Any other ideas?

Whats the best thing I can do?

Drill the bezel and add a good 80mm fan to the rear, tie the cables back for clean internal airflow, and put the case on the floor where the temperature is a few degrees cooler. If you want to be picky about the fan for the back... Panaflo H1A 80mm has pretty strong airflow at a medium noise level. TeamAwe is the only place I am finding among the cooling sites that has the H1A in stock with a connector pre-wired.
