heat problems

i have two PCs and a 42" tv monitor in my room. my room is at the end of the apt so i don't get as much airflow as the other rooms and thusly my room is a good 10-15 degrees hotter than anywhere else in the house. currently, i'm stuck between 79 and 84 deg F. Its damn hot and i need a solution.

i've pretty much determined that it isn't my server or my tv, they don't seem to put out too much heat. however, my main PC pumps out some hot, funky air.

the problem is i'm moving out in a few months and don't want to buy a window AC or anything expensive. ill be selling this PC too so i don't feel the need to move to water cooling.

does anyone have any ideas on piping the heat out of my room or somehow lowering the heat output from this beast? i thought about hooking a dryer hose up to the fan and running it out the window but i cant find a good way of sealing the window from the outdoor elements
