ok this is the story: ive had this setup for about 2 months now and my temps have been 45c idle and 51c under load . and my sytem is prime stable runnig for about 14 hours. i mostly only play ravenshield or call of duty, but as of recent ive been using photoshop 7 and my temps have sky rocketed to 61c-63c while using the program. by the way i have 2 front fans .2 back fans and 1 on the side. i know these temps are safe for an xp2500 but i know my temps should be better.. also my mb doctor says my -12 voltage is too high its over 13 sometimes any suggestions? i would like to get a new fan or mabey a new heatsink alltogether.. whats the best heatsink out there and the best fan out there or heatsink fan cmobo?

Well, on the cheap side, supposedly the Thermaltake 11 is a very good hsf. If you don't mind spending more money, the Thermalright SLK-900a & the Zalman 7000Al-CU are really the best. I would definitely recommend getting a 92mm fan for the SLK-900a-- they move more air, with less noise.
