Heat Problem - Quiet Fan Recommendation?

Ive been enjoying my new OC'ed 1.6 Applebred Duron on a Shuttle AN35N-U motherboard, with a TR2-TM2 fan, and all has been great. The only problem has been the ammount of heat building inside the case. 2 of the HD's are reporting temps in the 46-47 range at idle... and thats way too hot for me. Also, the chip itself is almost always over 53 degrees, with board temps in the 45 degree range... and a powersupply also over 52 degrees. While writing this, I got my first reboot...

After all of this, ive decided to add a case fan or two. Quiet is the key though, as this system will be in the same room as my bed, and will be on at night (Seti@home). Can anyone here recommend a quiet 60/80mm fan? Ive got a few fans from an old system, but they are room shakers.

Any help would be awesome!

Here are system specs (case anyone was wondering about the prowess of the Applebred):

Your temps are normal for that cpu. Mine runs at the exact temp when running at 2000 (166 fsb). I use a cheap speeze fan that costs me $4.95. Those cpus are designed to work up to 70 celcius, which is exactly what I have the shutdown temp at in the bios. You could try watercooling, but it's not worth the money for such a budget cpu.

Cygni, it's pretty much up to you. Do you want an overclocked system, or do you want a quiet system. You can't have both, unless you're willing to spend the money on a watercooling setup.

Yep, those temps are fine. My Dad's 2200+ (1.8) runs over 60C at full load (F@H) with a 2500+ stock heatsink and it's perfectly stable.

Wrong. Talk to Thugs about that one :D

If you want more air id suggest panflo L1As for 80mm. If you can do some modding cut a 120mm hole in top and side and get some nice 120s and run em at 5v.
