Heat output of various GeforceX cores?

Does anyone have the heat output ratings in Watts of the various Geforce cards? I can't find anything in nVidia's technical documents. They pretty much just say "our chips are wonderful. Look at these specs that show the speeds and nothing else." But nothing more technical than that. Suggestions on where to look maybe?

I think the geforce 3 was around 15-17 watts, it has been mentioned in some reviews.
