Heat monitoring and the 5900

I heard that there is internal heat monitoring on some of the 5900 chips, and that there was software to read what temp the core was at.

Which cards have these features? Just curious.
 
My eVGA 5900 non-ultra has temp monitoring. There's GPU & ambient temps in the advanced display properties. RivaTuner will display this info as well.
