we had an arrest here of someone exploiting the heatbleed bug by hacking the CRA (Canadian Revenue Agency):

I use a VPN, but it uses CHAP. I believe I have read it ain't that great, but it ain't OpenSOL. I do have OpenVPN, but I'll need to redo the certs and crap.
