Heart rate taking too long to slow

It's been 10 minutes since I stopped riding my bicycle. 2 minutes after I stopped, my heart rate was 160 bpm, and now 10 minutes after I stopped, it's 130 bpm. Seems like it's taking too long to slow down. Is this some sort of bad sign?

Edit: I also feel slightly weak in my legs, and a teeny bit dizzy

Edit: Been 20 minutes, heart rate at 120 bpm

What is your resting heartrate?

How long it takes for your heartrate to return to normal after exercising is in fact an indicator for health... So you should workout more
