well, first you will want to compare it to your resting heart rate. Second, you will want to track your heart rate throughout the ride. Then you will want to take these results to a Doctor who knows WTF he is talking about! As an EMT though, I wouldnt worry about a heart rate like that after such physical excerise. How long does it stay like that? How tired to you feel? What is your respiratory rate? Skin color? Alot of things point to a problem, not just your heart rate.
BTW, what elevation are you at? Air quality?
