Is a heart rate of 133 after doing 10km in 27min good?

I went to the gym the other day and I have never known what my heart rate was or anything.

Seems to me like your heart rate should be higher, but I'm hardly an expert. Google for target heartrate calculators.

Uh, I guess it depends on how long it was after you finished running.

10K in 27 min, are you sure about that?

My bad.
LOL, yeah you would be pretty l33t running a 27 minute 10K.

I don't know all that much about the technical aspects of cardio. Never really checked how quick my pulse falls at the end, but the quicker it falls the more fit you are.

Fausto, you have an aerobic exercise question on line 1...

well, first you will want to compare it to your resting heart rate. Second, you will want to track your heart rate throughout the ride. Then you will want to take these results to a Doctor who knows WTF he is talking about! As an EMT though, I wouldnt worry about a heart rate like that after such physical excerise. How long does it stay like that? How tired to you feel? What is your respiratory rate? Skin color? Alot of things point to a problem, not just your heart rate.

BTW, what elevation are you at? Air quality?
