Every day for breakfast then "Only if you want to die fat at 30." otherwise "Hell yeah, it's fuel for your day!".

I ate cereal and juice for breakfast every morning for the first 36 years of my life. Then I switched to sausage, french toast with peanut butter, and juice. My chloresterol dropped, my blood sugar improved, and I've lost fifty pounds in the two years since. Protein for breakfast is the way to go.
Yeah right, like the cereal and juice was the reason you became obese.

Hey, the low carb diet actually works. Plenty of carbs in cereal and juice, zero in steak and eggs. Water would be good for that kind of breakfest (steak, eggs).

I very rarely drink beer anymore. Jack and water FTW.

Yeah, me too. All of the Denny's in our city closed down except for one, and it's too far away for lunch. Maybe this weekend.

A good healthy cereal and Juice in the morning will not fatten you up unless you eat it in excess. To become obese (50+ lbs overweight) he must have been eating a lot of crap in excessive amounts or had some kind of medical condition.

Very true. Also, it's best to have higher-carb meals early in the day.
