computer still seems to be ok, but that's not a good sign, is it... it doesn't *seem* to be coming from the hdd, but then again, what the hell do i know. any ideas? i think i'm gonna have a little call to fujitsu in the morning.

yes, i should have posted this somewhere else, but i didn't because i wasn't so much seeking technical advise as just looking for other ideas as to what it could be. in any case, it's stopped now, does that happen with hdds?

They all make a clicking noise when the hard drive unparks the heads and parks the heads.

Mine does it every time that happens.

Mine makes a clicking noise when you shake it. It's really broken. It won't even play half of my music anymore, just crashes. Ordered a new 10G on clearence.
