What the freak is up with these people. A 12 year old kid got arrested in school for bringing a gun to school and showing it to class mates. It didnt have a clip in it. They then arrested the mother because she said she knew the boy had the gun but did not take it up..

wtf?:frown: stupid b!t...

mom: is that the glock or desert eagle you are bringing to school today?

son: the desert eagle

mom: ok good, I just didnt want you taking both.

It's societies fault that kids are doing this. We've made guns un-PC but it's like trying to make a tiger a pet. Boys/men are naturally violent/agressive/wild/what ever. Parents are failing to teach them how to deal with it. Boys should be allowed to play with toy guns and shoot real ones. Boys should be taught how to respect guns. Boys should be around guns enough to satisfy their natural fascination of shooting them. That's how you prevent them from taking guns to school and killing classmates.

or just make them spend a summer in the ghetto.....they'll learn to appreciate the dangers associated with guns....

I semi-agree. Children should be around guns enough to know how to use and respect them properly, so that the fascination with them is diminished to the point where it's viewed as a deadly tool.

You Shoot someone in a game... and you don't see that as dangerous? the whole point of the game is to KILL the opposition.

But it's a GAME. Parents need to take responsibility to monitor what their children are doing. If a child isn't mature enough, they shouldn't be playing those games. Education, strong parenting, and religion are key.

 Seems to me that stories like this and the bible belt go hand in hand... religion is the key to the past, and nothing else.
