Heaphone + Microphone jacks in 5 1/2in drive bay?

Is there any way I can do this? I saw the guide on putting some jacks in the drive bay but instead of left and right I need one for the speaker and one for the microphone so I can plug it directly in the front. Is there any way I can make this happen?

buy extention cables at radio shack, might need gender changer..might not. buy hot glue. cut/drill hole in 5" bay cover. glue plug end in. voila!
