Juice is bad for you? I beg to differ. I guess besides a Cran-Apple every morning I try and drink water and then green tea....
In moderation, it's not so bad... But the sugar (fructose, for SacrosanctFiend's sake 😉 ) can really pile up.

Much of what people call "juice" actually contains added high fructose corn syrup, which is basically very compressed fructose.

Imho, high fructose corn syrup and partionally hydrogenated oils are teh devil.

Yup, there is evidence that high fructose corn syrup is one of the main reasons why people have gotten so obese over the last two decades. It's in everything. Soda, ketchups, sauces. Fructose is a cheap alternative to regular sugar, and It turns people into lard asses.

Fructose is a natural sugar and is used as an IV nutrient. In excess, it turns people into "lard asses," but so does most everything.
