What would be a healthy soup you could have on a nightly basis at work?

Right now for the last two nights I have been having Cambells Tomato soup and I put potatoes in it, which taste pretty good. Just wondering if there are any healthy healthy soups I could be eating.

Most pre-prepared soups are loaded with sodium, so you might want to read the label and pick the low fat, low sodium varieties.

Stay away from any canned soups.

They are loaded with sodium and are certainly not healthy.

soup = +++++++++sodium = bad

but then again you didn't ask what a "healthy" soup was, you asked what's the "healthiest."

I was going to say lentil just off the top of my head, glad people agree with me.
