healthiest chinese dish?

Real chinese food is very healthy. White rice and seaweed for instance is filling, tasty, and has 0.0% fat. Americanized chinese food = tehsuck

hrmmm, it all depends where you are eating at.

most chinese restaurants will have the same crap.

fried rice, curry, pork, chicken, blah blah.

if you go to a REAL chinese reastaurant, most of the food will be fairly healthy, but any soup with no meat will be a health soup. like a veggie based soup.

i recently ate at a japanese restaurant that was actually a healthy japanese place, as in.. all they served was healthy dishes. it tasted awesome.

i don't think you can use the word "healthy" and "chinese food" in the same sentence.

Agreed.

Healthy Chinese food is an oxymoron.

No, healthy Americanized Chinese food is an oxymoron.

What he said.......

Real chinese food does not use MSG or much salt at all. They usually get the flavors from the meat or vege they use.

I meant that it's tehsuck in terms of healthyness. In terms of taste I think both types are tehwin! Go Chinese!

you dummies with your piss poor information!

chicken = healthy
oranges = healthy

so orange chicken automatically = HEALTHY!

and Chineese people aren't skinny because they eat healthy, have you ever seen the size plates they use? My 4 year old neices "play set" has bigger plates! they're skinny because they eat like 1/2 a scoop of rice and 1 peice of Brocolli.

.. and then they get up for 2nds (which has a term for itself, BTW). It's because rice, vegetables, and whatever nasty-looking stuff they consume don't make them fat.

I could fit a big juicy burger on a small plate.
